- Review our Hiring Standards. These standards are evaluated throughout our recruitment process.
- Consider a job observation to see if a career as a dispatcher is for you.
- Download and complete a Request to Observe form for the opportunity to quietly observe the interactions and responsibilities of on-duty dispatchers. Return the complete form to SECOMMSUPS@BCES.wa.gov.
- All requests are subject to a wants/warrants check. Observations are limited to 2 hours in length or less.
