City of Richland Seeks Community Input on Enhancing Communication at Virtual Town Hall

The City of Richland is committed to improving how we communicate and connect with residents, and we are seeking YOUR valuable input! The City is hosting a Virtual Town Hall on Thursday, February 27, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., where City staff and its consultant will discuss strategies to enhance communication efforts through City-managed platforms.

The focus of the discussion will be on City-led communication efforts, and elected officials will not be part of the panel. This is an opportunity for residents to share their ideas and ask questions about how the City can better engage and inform the community.

“We want to hear directly from our residents to ensure we’re reaching them in the most effective ways possible. This town hall is a chance for the community to contribute ideas and help shape how the City leverages its platforms and tools to communicate,” said City of Richland Communications & Marketing Manager, Hollie Alexander.

Community members are encouraged to attend and actively participate in this important conversation.
