Annual Fuel Mix Report
Richland Energy Services is providing this fuel mix disclosure as required by Washington State Law, RCW Chapter 19.29A. The fuel mix identifies fuel sources used to generate electricity the utility sold to customers in 2023, 85% of our electricity had no emissions. Carbon Emissions
We report the greenhouse gas content of the energy we purchase according to WAC Chapter 194-40-060 Fuel Mix and Greenhouse Gas Emission. The following is the greenhouse gas emissions content of RES’ wholesale power purchases:
