Power Outage Central

View and Report Outages

When the occasional outage occurs, we're here to help you be prepared, stay informed, and stay safe while our crews are working around the clock to restore power.

Richland Energy Services provides high quality, reliable  electric service; however, sometimes power outages do occur within our system. The most common reasons for outages are: windstorms, squirrels, or accidents involving a power pole. Your report of an outage helps us restore power safely and efficiently.

Report an Outage:  Complete our Power Outage Form or call 509-943-4428.
Report a Downed Power Line: Stay at least 30 feet away and Call 9-1-1.
Report a Streetlight Issue: Complete the form on our Streetlight Maintenance page.

View current outages using our interactive map below.

To report an outage, complete our Power Outage Form. You must either enter your address or select a location on the map to submit your report. To avoid duplicate reports, please utilize either our online form or outage phone number.

For immediate safety concerns, please call non-emergency at 509-628-0333.

NOTE: The numbers displaying in the circles in the map above are indicating the number of reports we have had of an outage in that general location. We do not have the street names listed on the map for privacy and safety purposes. This is so no one knows which specific houses are out of power and which ones are not. If you see that reports have already been reported in the general area of your business or residence, you can assume that we are aware of the outage and will be reporting updates on the top banner of our website or on our social media listed below.
